As our customer you are insured by the Gjensidige in all our activities. We place great emphasis on safety in all types of events and experiences we carry.

CANCELLATIONS

The cancellation deadline for the event is 4 weeks before arrival date. If the confirmation is available less than 14 days before arrival the order will be considered binding. Within 14 days of the arrival the  finite number of people will be confirmed. It is possible to change / reduce the number of people  up to 10%,. This must be done within 5 days prior to arrival. Cancellation between 4-2 weeks before the event day are billed 50% unless otherwise is agreed upon. If the cancellation is later than this  the whole amount will be billed Payment  of agreed price is paid in full arrears per invoice.

WEATHER GUARANTEE
No, we can not guarantee good weather. But all of our activities can be enjoyed both dry and wet, and we do our best to create good experiences regardless of what  the weather gods are up to. But remember to dress according to the weather! It is always colder at sea than on land.
